True, the camera kinda sucks, but who really wants to take pretty pics with a phone? And yes I would never have bought a cell phone if it wasn't from Apple.CedricFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16249369973743375041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488546042136769604.post-2607702921513201272007-09-24T22:00:00.000-05:002007-09-24T22:00:00.000-05:00NOOOOO! As for Apple partisanship, it's not entirely a religous thing (but it might be as close as I come). I have 7-year old mac G3s in my lab that are still workhorses. My post-doc laptop (a G3 black powerbook), just recently bit the dust after 9 years of frequent use (including some hard-time while I was travelling with it frequently while I looked for jobs). So that's nothing to "sneeze" at after "coughing" ;-}John Logsdonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17531681775278694585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488546042136769604.post-61076229882517950992007-09-14T21:03:00.000-05:002007-09-14T21:03:00.000-05:00Well, I did get the N95 and as they say 'so far, s...Well, I did get the N95 and as they say 'so far, so good'. For one, it's an Apple product (and I am a partisan). For two, I don't think the N95 is available in the US yet. For three, even if it available soon, the 8GB version will sell for $699, which is now $200 more than iPhone.
See this link .John Logsdonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17531681775278694585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488546042136769604.post-50554941537091826662007-09-14T11:08:00.000-05:002007-09-14T11:08:00.000-05:00The Nokia N95 kicks the iPhone's ass.;-)The Nokia N95 kicks the iPhone's ass.

;-)Shalinihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00299736237129391572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488546042136769604.post-61214661685342234842007-09-14T07:37:00.000-05:002007-09-14T07:37:00.000-05:00Ah, AT&T -- Your world delivered...to the NSA, tha...Ah, AT&T -- Your world delivered...to the NSA, that is. Ah, who am I kidding? If I could afford it I'd get an iPhone too -- my conversations would probably bore the wiretappers anyway.Jonathan Badgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04921990886076027719noreply@blogger.com
